2. Price and Payment Terms
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit product quantities. Prices displayed on the website are subject to final approval when the order is processed. The total price for each product purchased or rented will be listed on the purchase receipt sent via email. Payment terms are at our discretion, and payment must be received before we accept the order. All prices are in US dollars. Orders are not binding until we accept them, and we reserve the right to refuse any order, especially if the listed price is incorrect. Sales tax may be added to the final price unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate.
3. Taxes
Currently, we are not required to collect and remit sales tax on digital product purchases through this website in any state. However, some states require residents to file sales or use tax returns for online purchases. If sales tax applies to your purchase, it will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. We make reasonable efforts to calculate and remit the correct tax amount for each taxable purchase, but we do not guarantee its accuracy. 4. Delivery and Ownership
We will deliver your purchased products via email once your payment is fully processed. The products will be sent to the email address used during purchase. All rights to the products remain with us. Your receipt of the products grants you a limited license to use them individually, but it does not transfer ownership or any other rights. Our support covers only product issues and does not include design services. Although we strive to ensure the products are accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee this.
6. Product Description and Availability
We may revise or discontinue products at any time, and product availability can change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions or other content on this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors or omissions. Colors, patterns, sizes, and other visual features of products may appear differently depending on the device you use to view them. Images are shown for representational purposes only.
7. Refund Policy
We have displayed all the glyphs in the Type Tester feature, including Alternative Character and Multilingual glyphs. We do not accept requests for modified glyphs or refunds based on glyph modifications. Since the products are electronic, refunds are only offered if the product does not work properly with common software like Adobe, CorelDRAW, Affinity, and Microsoft products.

You expressly agree that using this website is at your own risk. This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
