1. How you handle payments?

We use PayPal to power each transaction. All transaction information is communicated between the browser and Paypal directly. Our servers are not involved in processing any transactions.

2. How do I receive my font after purchase?

There are two ways to access your product download link:

1. After successful checkout, you will be directed to your account dashboard where you can find the download link under the Downloads tab.

2. You will receive two emails: Account Details and Order Confirmation containing the transaction details, download link, invoice attachment, and license.

3. What font license do I need?

We offer a variety of licenses to meet your needs. Please visit our licensing page for more details here. If you are still unsure or need custom licenses feel free to contact us.

4. Can I create designs and logos for my clients?

Yes, as the licensee, you can transfer the final result (images, works, or documents using the fonts) to your client, but not the font files. Inform your clients about usage limitations and provide us with their information and copies of the designs to avoid claims against your client as End User.

6. Can I trademark my logo with your font?

Yes, with a Logo License, Extended License, or Corporate License. These licenses allow you to use the font as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, or similar use.

7. Do you provide custom font creation?

Yes, we can create a special font for your brand or simply create a handwritten font for your partner as a unique gift. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
